An open-source learning space for sports officials

RefStudy is being built to support officials who want to study, improve, and continue developing over time.

RefStudy is an open, evolving space built to support the officiating community through shared learning and collaboration. Across associations, independent creators, and professional platforms, there is already a wide range of knowledge and effort dedicated to developing officials—but much of it exists in separate places. This project is an attempt to bring people together around a common purpose: to learn, reflect, and improve through collective experience. Officiating has always grown through mentorship, conversation, and a willingness to give back, and RefStudy aims to support that spirit by creating a space where those contributions can come together and benefit others over time.
